The Head of the Department submits the allocated budget for procurement of various items including sports equipment, books & journals, laboratory equipment and contingency requirements. Physical infrastructure such as telephone services, fire-fighting equipment and CCTV surveillance is available throughout the college campus.

The institution has constituted a dedicated committee to oversee the procurement, maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment such as computers, laptops, projectors and other information technology resources across the institution.

A separate reading room is available for students and faculty members. The library houses a rich collection of books on various subjects. While procuring new books, researchers’ needs and faculty recommendations are taken into consideration. Newspapers, magazines and journals are also available. Information about newly acquired resources is circulated to departments and displayed on the notice board. Periodic up-gradation of books and journals is carried out as per academic requirements.
