There are various types of services of e-resources, various modern methods / techniques and procedures for effective information retrieval and dissemination and with these libraries have to improve their services and products to promote their use in productive way. college library is well known and reputed library in the Ramtek  city because of it’s different special features that contribute towards the knowledge culture. The library is enriched with huge collection and reading materials in different forms and formats. This library is performing as a bridge between the technology and users of technology by making availability and awareness of pin-pointed, exhaustive up to date electronic information through its variety of resources.

• To assist the college teachers in keeping abreast of development in his/her field.
• To provide library facilities and services necessary for the success of all formal programmes of instructions.
• Open the doors to the wide world of books that lie beyond the borders of one’s own field of specialization.
• To bring books, students and scholars together under condition which encourage reading for pleasure, self-discovery, personal growth and the sharpening of intellectual curiosity
• To provide modern literature print or digital to the research scholars to enhance their research ability.
• To emerge keeping good collection of learning resources and providing finest service to faculties and students of institute.

Membership Library-Overview

The College Library has a very valuable treasure of textbooks, reference books, encyclopedias, and dictionaries, journals (national, international and peer review) magazines and newspaper etc. The noteworthy collection is in the various subjects that are offered in the Curriculum. It has a spacious reading room for the readers to make the best use of the matter that is available and keeping with the role of an information center the facility of “Open Access System” has been introduced whereby the readers have direct access to the cupboards and do the necessary reference. It is open for seven hours from 10.00 am with the closing time as 5.00 p.m. The library provides internet and photocopying facility. The library has the Book Issue Section, Periodicals Section, Reading/Reference Section ..At the beginning of the academic year, an orientation session is conducted for the new students to acquaint them with the functioning of the library. Book exhibitions are held once a year in the Library by book.
