IT Facilities 

There are different digital technological facilities available in the college. There are 01- smart classrooms and other Projector equipped classrooms, 02- conference hall with PPT presentation facility available in the college. The college & the library building are facilitated with the Wi- Fi connectivity. There is open access of Wi-Fi connectivity to all students and the staff members of the college. All teaching staff members’ use the ICT in the classrooms, whenever needed. Most of the official work is being done with the help of ICT. The college regularly maintains the IT facilities.

All classes were online and student was provided support for the same in the pandemic period. Computer and IT related instruments are maintained by third party service provider. College takes care of the routine maintenance. The hardware and software of the old computers are replaced as per requirement. Biometric system is also upgraded as required and mandated by Government rules. The Biometric system of recording attendance of the staff has been upgraded with finger prints and iris system.  CCTV cameras have been installed at all strategic placed to strengthen security in the campus.

Administrative Activities

The faculty of the Data Centre has contributed significantly (with the help of various software’s) in institute administration by taking up some of the key responsibilities at the institute level.

 Cloud based College ERP System digitize work processes & improve overall operational efficiency by automating Student-Faculty lifecycle and Campus Administration. The College Software empowers Management with important reports such as: Daily Collection Report, Academic Performance, Accounting Reports and many more which helps them manage operations & stay updated. Essential & Accurate Reports for various Compliance Bodies can also be downloaded at all times, saving institute’s time & energy thus improving efficiency.
